Placing an order means you accept these terms. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Prices are in euros and include Spanish IVA at 21%. Delivery is shown separately at checkout and is free on orders over €150 within mainland Spain.

We hold considerably more stock in the shop than we list online, and stock levels shown here are our best information rather than a live warehouse feed. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund — we will not substitute a different product without asking.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is clearly wrong we will tell you before processing the order and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Clubs built to your specification — cut to length, bent for lie, re-shafted, re-gripped to a chosen size or assembled to a set make-up you have specified — are made to order. Under Article 103(c) of RDL 1/2007 the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications, so custom builds cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the club is faulty, not as described, or not built to the specification you agreed. In that case we will put it right, and if we cannot, you get a refund.

Every pre-owned club is inspected by hand, cleaned, re-gripped where needed and graded conservatively. Any specific flaw is written on the ticket and in the online description. Pre-owned stock is sold as described, and normal wear consistent with the stated grade is not a fault.

Pre-owned goods carry a statutory guarantee period which for second-hand items may be reduced by agreement to one year under Spanish law. If a pre-owned club we sold you has a defect we did not disclose, bring it back — we will refund or replace it.

Booking through this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We confirm your slot by phone or email; the appointment is not final until we do. Nothing is charged online — you pay in the shop.

The fitting fee of €50 is redeemable in full against any club purchased from us. It is redeemable against a purchase, not refundable in cash, and there is no time limit on redeeming it against a purchase made as a result of that fitting.

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We do not charge cancellation fees, but the bay is often booked and somebody else would have wanted the slot.

Simulator hire is charged per hour and covers up to four players. Please treat the mat, screen and equipment reasonably; you are responsible for damage caused by obvious misuse.

Rental clubs remain our property throughout the hire. You are responsible for their reasonable care and for the cost of replacing any club that is lost or damaged beyond normal play wear.

Rental periods run from collection to return. Late returns may be charged at the daily rate. Where you subsequently buy a set from us, the rental cost paid is deducted from the purchase price.

We quote before starting any repair. Where a repair carries an inherent risk — pulling a shaft from an older head, or bending a lie angle on a head that has already been bent several times — we will tell you the risk before we begin, and proceeding is your decision.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or hidden defects revealed by a repair, but we will always tell you honestly what we found.

Golf is a sport played with metal implements at speed. Use of our simulator bay, hitting mat and equipment is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to swing a club. We maintain the bay and equipment properly and carry the insurance required of us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings where you are domiciled within the EU.

If something has gone wrong, please ring the shop first. Almost everything gets sorted out in a five-minute phone call, and we would much rather fix it than argue about it.
